Introduction to the MBTI
This one-day program provides a solid introduction to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and its applications in work and personal settings. Before the program, individuals take the MBTI and return it to The Learning Key for scoring. Each participant receives a detailed report on individual Type preferences and implications.

Enhancing Communication and Teamwork using the MBTI
The concepts of preferences and their impact on our work and personal lives through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® are covered in this one-day program. Discover how Type preferences influence behavior and communication. Gain insight into your personal preferences by taking the MBTI before the workshop. Participants engage in several exercises to apply Type concepts to team situations.

Developing Your Team Using the MBTI
This program provides an introduction to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) and its application in team settings. It is designed for members of a team to take together. The MBTI is completed by each participant before the program and returned to The Learning Key for scoring. The program provides an overview of the MBTI, its uses and benefits, a description of your personal Type profile, and applications of Type in teams with strategies for team development.

Advanced Applications of the MBTI
This one-day program gives participants a brief review of basic principles. Focus is on advanced concepts in using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, such as looking at Type development and Type dynamics. Ways to improve communication with managers, peers, and team members are emphasized, as well as better influencing through understanding different Types.

Partnering with Your Boss
This one-day program provides an introduction to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and its applications in teams of two. The participant and his/her manager each take the MBTI. The Learning Key scores it before the program and generates a report comparing Type preferences of both people. Topics include discovering how Type preferences influence behavior and communication styles, applications of Type in one-on-one work settings, and planning for a stronger partnership.

Strengthening Customer Partnerships
This program is designed for those who work with internal or external business partners. Participants have opportunities to apply what they learn to specific business challenges over this two-day course. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® is used to provide insight into one's own preferences and help to understand differences with others. Additional topics include consulting and coaching skills, questioning and listening techniques, and case studies for analysis.

The Manager Within
This one-day program is designed to give new and experienced managers a powerful tool to understand their own preferred ways of working and some of their frustration when working with others. This is accomplished by using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. Participants apply Type to communicating, coaching, and leading others in order to better work with their staff by identifying their own personal Type profile and through the use of exercises and practice activities.

Insights of Type Using Step II
This program provides participants with the expanded report of their MBTI preferences. It allows those familiar with Type to explore detailed descriptors of each preference pole. After a review of basic principles and review of Step II reports, the workshop focuses on applications of Type in the workplace to improve communication with leaders, peers, and team members.
