e-Learning

Besides spelling it ‘e-Learning’, did you know that you can also search for it as elearning, Elearning and eLearning? However it’s spelled, e-Learning is essentially defined as “all forms of electronically supported learning and teaching”.

To The Learning Key, e-Learning typically is computer or web-based instruction where content is delivered (and sometimes exchanged) via the Internet.   Content includes a variety of course elements, including multimedia presentations, exams, assignments, downloadable data files, SCORM objects and other web resources.

Most of our clients choose from self-paced courses that are online 24/7 or 'blended learning' with online content and instructor facilitated meetings. In self-paced learning the student is typically presented with information through a variety of elements and followed by an online exam to evaluate the transfer of skills and knowledge. Blended learning would be a combination of interactive materials and face-to-face sessions to present content. For example, an instructor may begin a course with specific introductory lessons in the classroom and then follow-up with materials online.

The Learning Key is ready to be your source for e-Learning programs!
