In order to operate in a changing environment, don’t forget:
All members of the team must have the same clear direction and know what is going to be happening, so everyone is well aware of the change within the business.
To do this, ask yourself:
- Am I clarifying our mission, roles, and authority within my group clearly and precisely?
- Do I scan the environment for opportunities that may benefit my company?
- In order to manage the change, am I developing strategies, setting priorities, and selecting standards and objectives to follow?
